COACHING

Jenny Tipping | Coaching for personal and social transformation

Jenny Tipping is a coach, trainer, and writer  who works with individuals of all genders in the transport and logistics industry, helping them bring their whole selves to work.

With nearly 20 years of experience as a truck driver and instructor, Jenny understands what it’s like to feel the need to wear a psychological suit of armour to be accepted and feel safe in the workplace. Today, she believes that beneath the surface, we all share the same fears, needs, and longings, and it is this shared humanity that she helps others bring into their professional lives.

As an ICF Accredited coach, Jenny specialises in supporting people who are at a crossroads in their life or career and want to take bold steps to change their world. She is passionate about creating spaces where individuals can empower themselves to step beyond societal roles and speak up for what they believe in.

Certified as a trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2022, Jenny integrates NVC principles into her work. NVC recognises the universality of human needs, and by focusing on our own needs while empathising with others, Jenny helps create a more peaceful and compassionate world in both personal and professional settings.

Danielle Dakin | Career coach and logistics leader

Danielle Dakin is a career coach and logistics leader who helps mid-level professionals in warehousing, logistics and supply chain, transition from being the invisible expert to the obvious next leader.

With over 20 years of experience delivering warehouse process improvements for global brands like Coca-Cola and Tesco, Danielle brings deep operational insight to her work. She has worked across all parts of the industry: in-house, within a 3PL at Kuehne + Nagel, and as a warehouse solutions provider, giving her a unique perspective on both the operational and people challenges professionals face while rising through the ranks.

Danielle currently holds a senior industry role as Director of Market Development at Dematic, specialising in the retail and 3PL sectors. This keeps her grounded in the realities of today’s logistics landscape and adds real-world depth to her coaching.

As a certified coach with a Master’s in Positive Psychology, Danielle combines coaching and mentoring with evidence-based techniques to help clients overcome barriers like imposter syndrome and low confidence. Her clients are often skilled professionals who excel in day-to-day operations but are overlooked for leadership roles. She helps them build strategic thinking, leadership presence, and a personal brand that gets them noticed.

Through her initiative, The Potentiality Project, Danielle empowers individuals to grow their potential, find purpose, and take control of their careers—moving from where they are to where they truly want to be.

“I would highly recommend to anyone who is at this point in their life or career who wants change but is unsure how to make that change, to reach out to Danielle. My experience has been career changing."
