Kirsten Tisdale | Logistics & Supply Chain Consulting

Kirsten has an extensive background in logistics and supply chain having worked in DHL, CEVA, Marks & Spencer and as a consultant. Kirsten founded logistics consulting company Aricia Limited back in 2001 and has since worked for a width of clients including household names and smaller organisations. Aricia specialises in:

 

  • Mathematical analysis and modelling – putting facts and figures around logistics changes that companies are thinking about so they can make that decision with confidence
  • Geographical analysis - looking at customer locations and logistics networks on maps etc - also useful for marketing, service engineers…

Naomi Harryman | Logistics Consultant

Naomi is an engaging and exacting logistics consultant with over a decade’s experience in the industry.


After starting her career running warehouse operations, she moved to Hatmill as a consultant in 2018. Since then she has worked with clients to optimise and enhance their logistics operations and supply chains.


She’s passionate about the industry and the people who work in it and gets real job satisfaction from implementing tangible benefits for the clients she works with.


Naomi took the role of Allocation Strategy Lead in the COVID19 vaccine programme. She developed the initial methodology for allocating vaccines to hospitals for the vaccination of front-line staff.


Her work ensured that early allocations were logical, transparent, and optimised in a high-demand, low-supply environment. This enabled the rollout to run at speed, reaching over 400k vaccinations per day within weeks of the initial rollout.

 

Naomi is a self-driven individual with a track record of delivering challenging projects on time and in budget, and in 2023 this was recognised when she was a finalist for the Supply Chain Award at the Every Woman Transport and Logistics Awards.


She works tirelessly to support her peers, actively engages in wider industry discussions and is passionate about the industry and the people who work in it.

Kevin Ford | Construction Logistics Consultant

Kevin Ford has nearly 25 years of experience in the Construction Logistics sector. He was one of the first to address construction workplace transport management, focusing on pedestrian and vehicle segregation. This led to the development of the Take Control Vehicle Banksman course, delivered via CITB, and Kevin’s qualification as a Traffic Engineer. He applies highway standards to temporary construction site environments.

Angie Fenton | Planning Consultant

Chartered Planner with specialist experience achieving planning permissions and advising on sites and developments in the logistics, warehousing  and other commercial property sectors. 

 

Angie is an experienced planning consultant with a strong understanding of the planning system, providing robust planning strategies from pre-acquisition of land through to the planning decision and post planning stages of her clients’ developments. She advises a range of clients including developers, investment funds, landowners, private clients and government bodies.


Angie is a

Clare is an independent Logistics contractor and owner of Love Logistics Ltd, with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Currently, she serves as the Commercial Director at Warehouse-Space  (trading as Les Flanagan Logistics Services Ltd) and provides Business Development support to Rackbuy, part of the same group.


Previously, Clare has held senior leadership roles at Office Depot, DHL, Norbert Dentressangle (now GXO), CEVA Logistics, Kuehne & Nagel, and Brandpath, gaining expertise in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, and team development.


Warehouse-Space is a leading independent broker of on-demand warehousing space across the UK and Ireland, serving clients across sectors such as FMCG, Tech, Pharma, Automotive, and more. In the role of Commercial Director, Clare oversees day-to-day operations, finance, and space sourcing with a small team.


Clare is also responsible for business development at Rackbuy, which specialises in dismantling and disposing of unwanted racking and handling dilapidations for warehouse keepers at the end of leases.

Emma Kramer | Industrial & Logistics Client Development Director

Emma is a Client Development Director within the Industrial & Logistics Occupier team at JLL – a global real estate company. She joined JLL in 2022 after over 10 years in supply chain and freight forwarding (DHL and SEKO Logistics). 

 

Emma is based in the UK, but works closely with the wider global business and has extensive experience working with clients across a variety of sectors, from manufacturing, retail, to 3PL’s. In conjunction with her wider team, Emma can work with occupiers (tenants) to understand and identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings across both real estate and supply chain – from network design, 3PL tendering, warehouse design, all the way through to land or warehouse acquisition. 

 

Emma is keen to continue learning from and collaborating with experts in logistics, finding ways to work together to drive excellence in the industry.
