Joann Robertson is a transformative supply chain leader with over 25 years of experience in defence, logistics, manufacturing, and transportation. She currently serves as Head of Supply Chain Transformation at Babcock International and Non-Executive Director at CILT UK. Her expertise spans operational excellence, strategic change management, and supply chain optimisation.
Previously, Joann led logistics support for the UK Ministry of Defence, managing £480M in commodities and optimising a £500M Maritime Forward Inventory. Her leadership during COVID-19 resulted in zero productivity loss and a new operating model that reduced costs and improved efficiency.
Joann made history as the first woman Operations Manager at Scottish Courage, leading 400 staff and 3,500 accounts. At British Steel, she drove change initiatives that increased production and achieved significant cost savings.

Marie Hamblin is an expert in supply chain, retail, and logistics technology transformations, with over 15 years of experience.

Claire is the Group Recruitment Manager at Woodland Group, a leading independent supply chain company with a global reach.
With over 15 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, she is responsible for shaping the company’s Employer Brand strategy and attracting top talent. Claire also leads initiatives like the internal Women in Logistics programme and the Disability Confident Employer scheme, both of which promote diversity and inclusion within the organisation.
Focusing most of her earlier career in London recruiting support staff, Claire specialised in the banking and finance sectors before establishing her own recruitment business.

With over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry, Emma began her career in operations, gaining in-depth expertise in both export and import processes. She later transitioned into sales and management, broadening her knowledge across multiple roles and developing a comprehensive understanding of the business.
Emma currently serves the Managing Director at Tuscor Lloyds Turkiye and Business Development Manager at Tuscor Lloyds UK. In these roles, she leads business growth initiatives, builds strategic partnerships, and overseas operations across both regions.

extensive industry experience to assist companies in enhancing their supply chain operations. Her expertise encompasses logistics network design, end-to-end supply chain reviews, 3PL outsourcing and tender management, change management in logistics, and warehouse location analysis.

Paula Bellamy is the founder of Ocean Wide Logistics (OL) Dubai, established in 2016, and OL UK, launched in 2021. The OL group is part of OL Holdings USA and a global agency network, offering a full range of logistics services including NVOC/4PL, freight forwarding via sea, air, and road, with access to over 110 countries.
Growing up in Felixstowe, Paula began her career at H M Customs & Excise before moving into logistics, where she gained extensive experience in accounting, imports, exports, and road haulage. Paula spent 10 years as General Manager of a UK office for an American firm, before relocating to Dubai in 2011. There, she successfully set up and led a freight forwarding business, establishing strong relationships with 3rd party warehousing, transport, and customs clearance services.
In 2021, Paula expanded OL’s presence in the UK and Europe, opening the UK office in Felixstowe. She also continues her role as Remote Managing Director for OL UAE, splitting her time between the UK and Dubai. In 2021, Paula helped establish OL Philippines, opening a freight division in 2024 to support clients' logistics needs in the Philippines.
