Kelly Hobson is an Transaid Ambassador, Vice-Chair of BIFA Environmental and Sustainability Policy Group and the
founder of Shape Tomorrow, a business consultancy.
With over ten years of experience in the global logistics industry, with roles that included Global Marketing and ESG Director at Ligentia, Kelly is an advocate for
impact-conscious thinking in business, promoting environmental awareness while balancing commercial and operational opportunities.
Kelly believes in collaboration and peer-to-peer learning to drive change which led her to creating the first UK event dedicated to scope 3 reduction through smarter and greener logistics, Sustainable Logistics LIVE. In addition, as part of the mentor programme at the University of Leeds, Kelly believes that it important that higher education includes a blend of academia and real-life learning.
Through Shape Tomorrow, Kelly provides sustainability consultancy services that help embed long-term sustainable planning into existing teams. Specialist areas include materiality assessments, internal sales training, Ecovardis certification, communication strategy and change management.
