After working as a Training Manager in FMCG and a Bakery Trainer, Jo returned to transport, where her passion lies. Now, she and her husband offer comprehensive support to help businesses stay compliant in this dynamic sector.
Marie is the proactive MD and owner of France Line International Transport Ltd, an award-winning European freight forwarder specialising in cross-channel freight between the UK and France. She leads a multi-lingual team providing road transport and customs solutions to manufacturers and larger freight forwarders.
Marie entered the transport industry after earning a degree in International Business with languages. Starting as a trainee at France Line, she quickly progressed to Operations and Customer Service Manager. After a brief period as an Export Manager, she returned as Branch Manager, expanding services, growing the customer base, and boosting profits. This success earned her recognition as Transport Woman of the Year and a finalist spot at the Everywoman Transport Awards.
In 2017, Marie completed a Management Buyout, taking ownership of the company. Since then, she has introduced post-Brexit customs services and continued to grow the business. As an industry expert, Marie frequently shares her insights at events and round-tables.

Becci offers engaging and informative training courses through her business, True Training, specialising in Driver CPC, Health & Safety, and First Aid certifications. She provides these courses in a setting of the client’s choice—either off-site or at the workplace, for maximum comfort and familiarity.
Becci’s career in logistics began at 22 as a multi-drop delivery driver. Despite it not being her first choice, it proved to be one of her best decisions. She quickly developed a passion for the road, transitioning into a Driver CPC trainer. Becci earned her training qualifications, helped set up a Driver CPC centre, and delivered courses in-house.
After 11 years, Becci decided to start her own business. As the proud owner of True Training, she now delivers tailored training solutions to a wide range of sectors, with a focus on making training engaging, enjoyable, and a valuable investment. Her flexible approach ensures that every course meets the unique needs of each client, changing the way training is perceived in the industry.
Kerry’s journey in logistics started long before her current role, back when she would spend school holidays scanning purchase orders and sorting tacho discs. That early experience instilled a strong work ethic, a deep respect for the industry, and a passion for keeping people safe in workplace transport.
Now, as a Partnerships Experience Executive at RTITB, Kerry works closely with accredited partners, members and industry leaders to drive safety, streamline operations, and enhance training standards. She’s all about making workplace transport safer - not just for compliance, but because it genuinely saves lives.
